Yoga Nidra for Anxiety Relief (with music)
Anxiety is a natural response to stress—sometimes useful, sometimes overwhelming. This Yoga Nidra practice offers a gentle path inward, creating space for mental tension to soften and the nervous system to return to balance. Through soothing guidance, you’ll be led into a deep state of rest where clarity, peace, and inner calm can emerge.
Yoga Nidra offers powerful tools to support emotional well-being by slowing the fluctuations of the mind and gently guiding the body into a state of homeostasis. As you settle into stillness, brainwave patterns shift into restful rhythms that have been shown to support healing from anxiety, insomnia, stress, grief, depression, and PTSD.
This practice is fully accessible—no prior experience is needed. There is no “wrong” way to do Yoga Nidra; simply lie down and be guided into deep relaxation and inner awareness.
